CVify operates a dual-sided platform: a free resume builder for job seekers, and a SaaS dashboard for recruiters. It is crucial to understand how data flows between these two sides.

How We Parse and Store Resumes

When you use our ATS Resume Checker or build a resume on our platform, our system parses the text to evaluate it against industry standards. If you opt-in to our talent pool, this parsed data (skills, experience, location) is securely indexed in our database.

What Recruiters See

Recruiters using our Enterprise Dashboard can search this anonymized indexed data. They can view aggregate ATS scores, skill matches against their specific job descriptions, and professional timelines. Your direct contact information (Email, Phone) is only revealed to a recruiter if you explicitly accept their connection request.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed.
